Merry Christmas

There are certain things that make you realize what is truly important in life. This Christmas, I got a notification that someone very important to me has an inoperable cancerous brain tumor. A child. Now to preface this story, his mother and I have not had the best (or any) relationship over the last few years. But she knew I would be there in an instant, and I was. I hopped on a plane the day they were due back in their state, and we rode 5 deep with that little man to his appointment. If nothing else, that kid knows he is loved.
